The process to remove sludge, sand and silts is through parallel plate sedimentation. The tubes are configured to provide multiple sedimentation planes. This design specification increases the sedimentation area by a factor of 6 to 15 per square metre. By using the TUBEdek tube setters you allow for a decrease in production costs and the building of smaller tanks.
GRP 2H TUBEdek ® SUPPORT
GRP 2H TUBEdek ® SUPPORT is a support system for 2H TUBEdek ® TUBE SETTLERS which minimises sludge deposits and disadvantageous turbulences. The support beams are able to bear a load of more than 1000kg and can be customised to fit any treatment applications where 2H TUBEdek ® TUBE SETTLERS are used.
